A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable or refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Deposits are surrendered for same-day cancelations and/or no shows.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits made for Dreadlock services are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Deposits for Dreadlocks are transferable up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits can only be transferred twice and must be used within 3 months of your original appointment date.
If you are running late to a scheduled massage service, the length of your appointment may be impacted.
Dreadlock clients more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment.
Earth and Amber Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
